Partnerships & Trusted Introductions
The Principals Office welcomes carefully considered relationships with private client advisers, family offices, agencies, brokers and specialist providers. Every partnership and introduction is guided by genuine client need, discretion and shared professional standards across areas including private aviation, property, security, travel and lifestyle.
Our Approach
Partnerships are built around trust, sound judgement and long-term relationships – not transactions. Every introduction is considered on its merits, with suitability, continuity and the interests of the principal, family or private office taking priority.
Working in Partnership
We welcome relationships with trusted advisers, family offices and specialist providers whose expertise complements our own. Each arrangement is considered individually, with clear roles, appropriate boundaries and the client's interests at its centre.
Referral Recognition
Where a trusted introduction leads to confirmed paid work, referral recognition may be agreed in advance. This will usually take the form of a one-off introducer fee linked to the first paid month of a retained engagement, the initial project fee or another agreed engagement value.
Trusted Introductions
The Principals Office may introduce clients to carefully selected advisers and providers where there is a genuine need and we consider them suitable. Introductions are always made independently and selectively; no onward or reciprocal introduction is automatic or guaranteed.
Commercial Terms
Any referral recognition or other commercial arrangement must be agreed in writing before an introduction is progressed. Any agreed recognition becomes payable only once the resulting client engagement has been confirmed and the relevant payment received.
Quality & Discretion
Quality and discretion take priority over any commercial benefit. We will not accept or make an introduction that could compromise client interests, confidentiality, independence, safety or service quality.
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
Client identities, private details and sensitive circumstances are not shared without appropriate consent. All partnerships and introductions are handled with clear boundaries, professional judgement and the level of confidentiality expected when supporting private clients.
Discuss Your Requirements
If you would like to explore the right level of support, we would be pleased to arrange an initial confidential conversation.
