The website does not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.

The website includes an IONOS contact form and an optional Confidential Enquiry form that sends submissions through Web3Forms. Essential technical measures may be used for secure operation and spam prevention. Web3Forms receives information only when a visitor chooses to submit the Confidential Enquiry form; no Web3Forms script or cookie is loaded beforehand. Personal data submitted through either form is handled as explained in the Privacy Notice.

The website is built and hosted using IONOS MyWebsite Now. It uses essential technical functions needed to operate the website, maintain security, process contact and enquiry forms, and remember visitors' privacy choices. These functions are used only where necessary to provide services requested by visitors.
The website also uses IONOS SiteAnalytics to measure website reach, understand how visitors use the website and support technical optimisation. IONOS SiteAnalytics uses a tracking pixel or server-side log files and does not store cookies on a visitor's device.
The information collected may include the referring website, the requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address used to determine the general location of access. Processing takes place in Germany and the European Union, and the information is retained for eight weeks.
IONOS SiteAnalytics is activated only when a visitor gives consent through the website's Privacy Settings. Visitors can subsequently change or withdraw their consent using the Privacy Settings control.
The website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, maps, video embeds, booking tools, newsletter tools or other third-party embedded services. This notice and the website's privacy controls will be reviewed if any such services are introduced.
6. Managing cookie choices
Visitors can manage IONOS SiteAnalytics at any time through the website's Privacy Settings control, shown by the cookie icon at the lower-left of the website. They can also restrict or delete cookies through their browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if strictly necessary technologies are blocked.
7. Third-party tools
The website uses IONOS MyWebsite Now for hosting, essential website functions and the standard contact form, and Web3Forms to receive submissions from the optional Confidential Enquiry form. IONOS SiteAnalytics is described in section 5 and is activated only with consent. Web3Forms receives information only when the form is submitted. Neither service is used for advertising, retargeting or cross-site profiling. If additional third-party services are introduced, this notice and the website's privacy controls will be updated where required.
8. Updates
This notice will be reviewed and updated where necessary if the website platform, forms, analytics, embedded services, marketing activity or privacy controls change.
